Wholesale or manufacturing companies that are growing retail/ecommerce businesses will benefit the most from our services. However, we have also worked with successful specialty retailers with an ecommerce storefront.
How are you different from other consulting businesses?
We are an internet sales and marketing innovation company. Having worked for an array of large corporations, consulting companies and startup businesses, we crafted an approach that was different from anything we've seen, focused to help ecommerce businesses accelerate their growth. We are part consulting, part ebusiness planning, part ecommerce managers, part digital marketers, part internet retailers, part venture capital.
How much do you charge?
That depends upon your business, and the services we are providing. Sometimes we manage a client's entire ecommerce business and receive a percentage of the revenues. Some brands prefer to pay us a monthly retainer for ongoing services and collaboration with their existing internal and external marketing team. Other companies engage us to do an ebusiness discovery on a set project fee based structure. For select clients, we will even invest our services for a percentage of ownership, or operate as the merchant of record.

We help companies sell more of their own product. We sell our understanding of how to make it happen and nothing else.
How do you know you can help grow our brand?
Many businesses try small things individually to improve success, only to be frustrated with the outcome. Our approach takes a holistic view of the business and its unique situation, looking at related and dependant components that will ultimately lead to greater success when they are planned, arranged, developed and launched in the right order and in the right combination.
I already have an agency...how are you different?
Marketing boutiques or brand agencies are typically focused on broadcasting messages to large numbers of people based on a central theme or campaign on a large media budget. Often times these campaigns spend a great deal of money with no proven ROI, and then miss the mark because they are not able to dig into the interworking components that deliver the right message to the right people at the right time. We work with agencies to ensure that messages reach the intended audiences through the channels they prefer. That said...perhaps our biggest difference is our compensation model. We prefer to work under a performance-based arrangement - and not bill you for endless hours of design/planning, or every time we talk on the phone.
I have a web programming/dev shop...how are you different?
Web publishers are typically focused on executing on a predefined set of designs and business directives, reluctant to challenge the business rationale for the project. We help develop the business strategies and then align the correct projects based on specific objectives, ensuring that the development dollars are spent on efforts that have the highest return on investment.
